Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş and Diyarbakır MP Ziya Pir have made a joint plea in prosecution questioning.
Demirtaş was referred to court for arrest following the questioning.
In the plea, expressions "You will not be able to prevent us from defending our ideas and fighting for them, be it in prison or parliament".
HDP Co-Chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ, Şırnak MPs Ferhat Encü, Leyla Birlik, Hakkari MPs Selma Irmak, Abdullah Zeydan, Diyarbakır MPs İdris Baluken, Nursel Aydoğan, Zira Pir, Ankara MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Mardin MP Gülser Yıldırım were detained in a house raid launched towards morning.
