Formed to investigate into July 15 coup attempt, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) has designated the figures that it will hear in October.
It was decided in the commission that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s sister’s husband Ziya İlgen from whom Erdoğan said to have learned of the coup will be heard. In the list, there is also Russia’s Leader Vladimir Putin’s advisor Alexandr Dugin who said that he had informed Turkey of the coup attempt on July 14. There are many figures in the list including former Chief of the General Staff Yaşar Büyükanıt,
The commission will hear 31 people in six sessions on October 18,19,20,25,26,27. (HK/TK)
