Erdoğan has added that the examinations regarding the attack continued.
“The terrorist organization differentiating between civilians-police or civilian-soldier does not bind us at all. What they do is against humanity. [...] Terrorist attack has been carried out on people responsible for providing security. This can’t be excused.
“We have martyrs. We are deeply grieved but there is a price to pay for everything. This struggle which has begun with a single person will continue forever. One can’t say it has finished or is about to finish. Both our armed forces and village guards put up a serious joint fight and we will continue that.
“Carrying this out to the cities is nothing new. It has happened in the center of Diyarbakır and Ankara and in Sultanahmet of Istanbul...etc. [...] You never know what is going to explode where. That’s why we always continue taking measures and we will”. (BK/DG)
