Turkish Military Forces (TSK) continue artillery shootings on the regions under the control of Democratic Union Party (PYD) in Azez district subordinated to Aleppo on Sunday (February 15).
State-run Anadolu (Anatolia) News Agency (AA) has reported that the TSK had hit the region with howitzers.
Based on the data of Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Reuters has reported that the attack Turkey had continued on the second day killed two PYD members.
Müslim: “If Turkey intervenes in Syria, they will find the entire Syrian people confronting them”
PYD Co-Chair Salih Müslim has talked to Reuters on the attack. Noting that Turkey had no right to intervene Syrian internal issues, Müslim has added that the airbase had been in the hands of the Al Qaeda-linked Al Nusra front until forces allied to the PYD had captured it.
Müslim saying; “Do they want the Nusra Front to stay there? Or for the regime to come and occupy it?” has added; “If Turkey intervenes in Syria, they will find the entire Syrian people confronting them” (EA/DG)
