The curfew hours in Turkey's southeastern province of Şırnak has been changed from between 11 p.m - 5 a.m. to between 11 p.m. - 02.30 a.m.
Şırnak Governorship in its statement announced that the new curfew hours would be in effect as of today (February 7).
The curfew in effect since March 14 in Şırnak had been partially lifted on November 14, 2016 for between the hours 5 a.m - 10 p.m.
Şırnak vice-Governor Turan Bedirhanoğlu was appointed to Şırnak Governorship as a trustee on November 5, 2016.
Şırnak Co-Mayor Serhat Kadırhan was discharged and Şırnak Co-Mayor Özlem Onuk was arrested. (YY/DG)
