Boğaziçi University has announced that the bomb call for North Campus parking area is hoax.
A tip was made over a suspicious vehicle in Boğaziçi University on February 25, and the campus was evacuated.
University on its Twitter account announced that there is no situation posing threat in the car in question.
The statement made by Boğaziçi University Presidency is as follows:
“Security forces have completed their inspections in the campus as to the car in the North Campus parking area. According to initial inspections, security officers expressed that the bomb call was hoax, and there is no device or anything posing threat in the car”. (BK/TK)
