A Turkish soldier has lost his life and four others have been wounded during an offensive launched against ISIS as part of Operation Euphrates Shield carried out by the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) and Free Syrian Army (FSA) in Syria’s city of al-Bab.

Operation Euphrates Shield started on August 24, 2016 and that the campaign launched into al-Bab began on December 9, 2016.

The number of soldiers from Turkey killed in the operation has increased to 73. (NV/TK)
