The Free Syrian Army members and some jihadist organizations have also joined the operation in Jarablus on the Turkish border of Syria carried out by Turkish Armed Forces Joint Special Mission Forces and US-led coalition air forces.
State-run Anadolu Agency (AA) has reported that some groups among the Free Syrian Army (FSA) have advanced three km in the midland within the operation called " Euphrates Shield".
In the operations reported to be carried out against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), tanks and jets hit ISIS positions and armoured units of the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) entered from the border.

According to the report of the state-run AA, these units have taken control of Keklice village approximately three km away from the border. Keklice village in Syria had been under control of ISIS for a long time.

FSA camp in Turkey
BBC Türkçe reported that FSA militant they have talked to, had claimed that around 1,500 armed opponents in Karkemish district of Antep province were waiting to enter Jarablus.
BirGün daily and Cumhuriyet daily reported that they have monitored the camps in which the units and jihadist organization members have settled.
BirGün daily reported that 600 jihadist militants have been deployed to Fıstıklı region of Karkemish village by TSK and intelligence units. Hüseyin Şimşek from BirGün daily who viewed the camp with banned entrances and exits, has reported that there were long barreled arms and various explosives and ammunition in the camp.
Cumhuriyet daily reported that FSA groups backed by Turkey were gathering in the camp set on the border. According to the report, there were between 600 and 2,000 FSA members and containers from Prime Ministry Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The area between Soylu and Türkyurdu villages in Karkemish district were declared special security zone earlier and its evacuation was ordered yesterday. (AS/DG)
