Reporters Without Borders (RSF) included President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on the list of "Predator of Press Freedom" on November 2 International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists.
Turkey was lastly on the list in 2002 with former Chief of General Staff Hüseyin Kıvrıkoğlu.
The RSF described Erdoğan as "predator of press freedom since 2009".
There are 35 presidents, politicians, religious leaders, militia and crime organization leaders censoring, arresting, torturing and killing journalists on the list.
The list includes figures such as Syrian President Bashar al Assad, Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), the Taliban, Russia's President Vladimir Putin, Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al Sisi.
The list has been made since 2001.
