Two more people have been arrested due to their social media posts about Afrin.
R.O. and S.C. were detained in Adıyaman on charge of “propagandizing for a terrorist organization” on social media. A large number of documents were seized during the search carried out in their homes. While R.O. was arrested, S.C. was released on probation.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Interior on January 29, 311 people have been detained due to their social media posts about Afrin operation on charge of “terrorism propaganda”.
The military operation that started on January 20 is on its 13th day. At least 32 people were arrested in the last 12 days. This figure reached 34 with the latest arrests. (AS/TK)
