Detention Order for 14 Over Dorm Fire Including Dorm Director

Detention order has been issued for 14 people including the dorm director C.G over the fire in the girl's dorm of Aladağ Tahsil Çağındaki Talebelere Yardım Derneği Ortaöğretim Kız Öğrenci Yurdu.

An investigation has been launched by Kozan Public Chief Prosecution into the reasons causing the fire to break out killing 12 people 11 of whom were children. Those responsible for the breakout of fire are being charged with "causing death by negligence".

Detention order has been issued for 14 people including the dorm director C.G. 4- year-old daughter of the dorm director was also among those who lost their lives.

The names of those who lost their lives in the fire are;

Instructor Fatma Canatan, dorm director's daughter Sare Betül Genç, 8th grade students Sema Nur Aydoğdu, Zeliha Avcı, Sevim Köylü; 7th grade students Gamze Bagir, Sümeyye Yetim, İlknur Maden, 6th grade students Nurgül Pertlek, 5th grade students Bahtınur Baş, Tuğba Ağdoğdu and Cennet Karataş.
