It has been announced that two soldiers have lost their lives in the attack launched by Civil Protection Units (YPS) in İdil district of Şırnak province.
Curfew declared on February 16 is still in effect in İdil.

General Staff made the following statement as to İdil district today:
“In the operation carried on in Şırnak/İdil; one rocket launcher, two Kalashnikov infantry rifles, one hunting rifle, 12 cartridges, and 50 kilos of ammonium nitrate have been seized, and that 18 improvised explosive devices have been disposed. (In total 255 improvised explosive devices have been disposed in the operations).
Four bodies have been taken to hospital
According to Fırat News Agency, airstrikes have been launched on the district.
Besides, bodies of two unidentified people were found in Turgut Özal neighborhood where the attacks have been intensifying. The bodies have been taken to İdil State Hospital by ambulance. The number of bodies kept in the hospital rose to four with the latest bodies.
