The US has delivered a statement on bombed attack launched against military shuttles killing 28, and wounding 61 in Ankara.
Radikal news website citing Reuters has reported that, the White House said, “We are yet to determine who is responsible for the attacks in Turkey”.
Ben Rhodes, the National Security Advisor of US President, Barack Obama, in the press briefing has said, “We as the government couldn’t identify who is responsible for the attack yet”, and expressed that they condemn the attack.
Davutoğlu and Erdoğan said it was “YPG”
Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu in the press meeting held yesterday (February 18) said, “It came out that members of the separatist terrorist organization and a YPG (People’s Protection Units) member leaked out of Syria have carried out the attack. Nine persons are taken into custody, and the investigation will be continued”.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan speaking in response to PYD’s statement that it is in no way related to the attack, said they had documents and information showing that the attacks was launched by the People’s Protection Units (YPG). (EKN/TK)
