Women and youngsters were in İstanbul streets against curfews and civilian deaths.

Women hanged banners on Galata
KJA ((Kongra Jınên Azad/Free Women Congress) protested against curfews and civilian deaths in Kurdish cities at Galata Tower.
According to JINHA news agency, KJA İstanbul branch members hanged banners written “Don’t remain silent against the massacres” on Galata Tower, and that slogan “State slaughters civilians in Kurdistan” was shouted.
Women brought down by security forces disbanded after calling to not remain silent against the massacres.
The protest continued at Galata Bridge. Women tying traffic up on the bridge chanted “There is massacre in Silopi”, “People die as long as you remain silent”. Police seized the banner “There is massacre in Kurdistan” written on it hanged on the bridge.
Police interfering the journalists trying to pursue the news tried to seize the cameras of the journalists.
Tramway occupation by youngsters
Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Youth member youngsters occupied the tramway on the İstiklal Street. The youngsters shouting slogans “Kurdistan will be grave to fascism”, “Peace will prevail”, hanged banners “Don’t remain silent against the massacres”, “Tahir Elçi is immortal” written on them.
Eight youngsters have been detained py police officers. (ÇT/BK/TK)
