Humor magazine Uykusuz has headlined release of A.O.V., who was sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually abusing his daughters.

What happened?
A.A. reached bianet upon the release of her husband, who sexually abused their daughters aged 4 and 5.
A.O.V. was sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually abusing his daughters.
The Supreme Court of Appeals 14th Penal Chamber ordered immediate release of the defendant over justifications such as “The 4-year-old child not bearing testimony”, “5-year-old child’s statement lacking content”, “The suspect not accepting the accusations”.
The supreme court in its decision stated that “The reports by Dokuz Eylül University and Forensic Medicine mention the possibility of a sexual abuse but lack a final diagnosis”, however, both reports express that “as child playing sexual games not appropriate for her age is considered with the whole content of the case, it is believed that the child was subjected to sexual abuse”.
