The curfew declared in Lice, Hazro and Kocaköy districts of Diyarbakır on October 17 has been lifted.
Operations had been launched on members of terrorist organizations in the aforementioned districts and curfew had been declared as of 5 a.m.
The villages placed under curfew on grounds of "keeping civilian citizens safe from harm" were as follows:
Çağdaş, Yolçatı, Uçarı, Kayacık, Ortaç, Çavundur, Doluna, Yalaza, Bağlan and Kabakkaya villages in Lice district, Çitlibahçe and Sarıerik villages in Hazro as well as Boyunlu and Gözebaşı villages in Kocaköy district. (NV/DG)
