Raping a three-month old kitten in Eyüp Istanbul, B.Ç (55) was arrested for “killing an adopted animal for no reason, causing it lose vital capabilities and damaging” (raping animal).
Noticing to have lost one of the kittens born from his adopted cat, Rafet Altinkaynak went to the domicile of B.C whom he suspected and caught him raping the kitten. Upon his complaint, B.C was taken into custody then stood trial on charge of “property damage”.
The three-month old kitten exposed to rape was treated in a veterinary but after a short while, lost its life.
İstanbul 12th Criminal Judgeship of Peace where B.C was dispatched, ruled for arrest of the defendant for “killing an adopted animal unjustly, causing it lose vital abilities and damaging (raping animal).
Stated in the court decision as “the suspect killed the victim by tormenting”; it was declared that “the execution of judicial control verdicts shall remain incapable while considering the brutality of the crime having caused public indignation and the proofs to designate the degree of penalty are still being collected” (results of genetic molecular analyse have not been revealed yet).
